It means every cut of beef we use is responsibly produced and fully traceable right back to the farms it came from.
You might have spotted the Red Tractor logo on our new packaging. This means that robust standards are met at every stage, including food safety, traceability and animal welfare. Red Tractor works with 350 independent assessors who carry out more than 60,000 checks per year on British food producers and processors to ensure these standards are upheld.
