Porcini Mushroom & Spinach Quiche

Made using seeded spelt shortcrust pastry with white, chestnut and porcini mushrooms, spinach and a hint of garlic and lemon in a creamy oat filling. We gently cook our porcinis with a little chopped garlic and flat-leaf parsley to bring out the meaty flavours, and hand-top this quiche with a crispy kale crumb.
