Smoked Ham Hock & Cheddar Quiche

This quiche is made using seeded spelt shortcrust pastry with smoked British free-range ham hock, British bacon, mature Cheddar cheese and a free-range egg filling, then hand-topped with smoky bacon lardons. Our free-range British ham hock is cured over real beechwood, lending it a wonderfully subtle smoky flavour.
