Spinach & Roasted Tomato Quiche

This quiche is made using a seeded spelt shortcrust pastry with spinach and SunBlush® tomatoes in a creamy oat filling, hand-topped with roasted tomatoes and millet. For an extra punch of flavour, we add SunBlush® tomatoes to our filling and then top it with extra roasted tomatoes.
