We think hands are great. They can do anything. Like playing a violin and giving a massage. Our hands get really tired because people keep eating pies. But we still insist that every single little pie is finished by a pair of higgidy hands.
We love to make sure that our pies are perfect. That takes time. The slower you cook a stew the better it gets. Some people would get bored of waiting but we know that it takes time to get it right.
Because we love our pies we only put delicious ingredients inside them. You can't say that you love pies and then just put a few stingy bits of bland chicken inside. But finding the finest ingredients takes quite a bit of effort.
Engineers might like factories but real cooks love kitchens. The development kitchen at higgidy is the heart of our business. That's where we dream up our new ideas and that's where we make all of our pies and quiches from scratch. We do everything on baking trays not much bigger than you would use in your own kitchen so we can really take care over each and every detail.
