The best I've had!
Spinach, feta,roast peppers too,
I’ve never had a quiche so tasty its true.
The pastry so light and kind to your tummy,
the inside was firm not at all runny!
Its’ flavour so nice I couldn’t compare,
to find such a quiche is oh so rare.
They are normally dull, bland and boring,
three more in my freezer for which i am storing.
For picnics and BBQs, lunch and for dinner,
Higgidy quiche is surely the winner!
