Whenever I make pastry
It always falls to bits
Which means the scrummy filling
Falls out through all the slits.
But if I buy a higgidy pie
I know it’s made by pros
It doesn’t just taste scrummy
But upright will still pose.
The fillings have that homemade taste
And juicy chunks of bacon
The only problem is that now
I’ll never want anyone else’s!
