Hello It Came & Thank You
It’s come, it’s here; my apron has arrived!
I’m welling up, the teardrops fill my eyes.
I am right now, a person of some note;
As I proudly strut, in my Higgidy cloak!
It’s a lovely red with letters picked in white
I am so proud I’ll wear it, in my bed tonight!
So thank you, dear Higgidy, for prizes and pies galore
I’m off now to Waitrose, to buy some bloomin more!
