Can Veggies Nosh These Pies??
“Trawling the aisles in Sainsbury’s,
Pondering on a treat for me,
Some classy pies do catch my eye,
But for to make them, must some die?
No words upon the box do tell,
Can veggies nosh these pies as well?
So upside down one has to turn ’em,
To spy tiny words upon their bottom.
Bigger words and on the top,
Would help us veggies when we shop.
Please herald when you make those pies,
Which hurt no creatures ‘neath God’s skies."
