"We tried your Spinach, Feta & Roasted red pepper quiche for the first time tonight instead of the up till now, ghastly soggy supermarket own brand quiches and we found yours was absolutely delicious! "I read good things about your pies in the Sainsbury's magazine and then we tried your Spinach, Feta and Roasted Red Pepper quiche - it was wonderful!! Our big grievance with 'mass produced' quiches had been that bland, egg custard filling with hardly any 'bits' and certainly no cheese to speak of ... never again, from now on it's Higgidy Pies all the way!" |

"We just enjoyed the cheese quiche with bacon, and it was AMAZING! I usually hate quiche but that was fantastic! Really filling without being stodgy, and full of flavour. I especially loved the seeded texture of the base and the onions - they tasted really rich." |

"Today I had a skinny Moroccan Vegetable & Feta pie and it was gorgeous the filling was very appetizing, a good blend of ingredients ,and the pastry was just right not too soggy and not too dry. Your products show that handmade is always best!" |

"One love letter coming right up... I bought your (skinny) moroccan vegetable and feta pie today - and can honestly say - i have never tasted anyting sooooooo delicious. I came on the website just to tell you. The flavours, the texture, the pastry case - all heaven - every mouthful. And the slimmer pie? - not a bad idea - except that I wish I had bought 2!! "Just had to say a big thank you to you all for your fabulous website and for putting shop bought quiches back on the map. Last night after a long day at work, my hubbie and I sat down to your spinach, feta & roasted pepper quiche with some gently steamed vegetables. Oh heaven, what a quiche! Full of flavour and just fantastic pastry. It was rustic and smooth tasting all in one go! Never tasted a quiche like it! Am a complete convert already. And I am pleased to see that your egg is free range too. Good to see you're being kind to the chickens. Thank you Shirley, Larry, Julian, Barbara and Camilla, your hard work is very appreciated :)" |
