Larry is our friendly cook for lovely stews. He's worked as a chef for many years and so he knows very well that you've got to get everything
just right to make a perfect higgidy filling. Whether he's chopping up the chicken, sautéing mushrooms in garlic or getting the spices just right
in the Moroccan stew he is very, very exact. Fortunately Larry is also very patient - because a higgidy stew just can't be made in a rush. Our Beef,
Stilton and Ale Pie would not win so many accolades if Larry wasn't prepared to patiently sit over it stirring for 3 hours and our Skinny Moroccan
Vegetable and Feta Pie wouldn't be so skinny if he didn't take over 3 hours to reduce down all the tomatoes, onions, vegetables and spices!
