Can I order pies on line? Unfortunately not at the moment. Is it better to heat my pie in a normal or fan oven? Both are fine but a fan is a little quicker and perhaps a little better for pastry.
How long is it safe to keep a pie warm for after they have been cooked? Technically it is safe for up to two hours but we would always recommend you eat your pie while it is still piping hot. Is it safe to eat my pie cold? Because the pies have already been cooked this would be ?safe? but we think they are always better eaten piping hot. How long can I freeze my pie for? We would recommend a storage time of one month, so that your pie is still at its best when you eat it.
