Lots of people have been asking us about our Broccoli and Stilton Quiche. We like to use seasonal ingredients wherever possible so for the summer we've started making slow roast tomato and West Country cheddar quiches instead.
It's farewell for now to a winter favourite, but thanks to everyone who wrote in and we'll try to bring it back next winter.
