We hate to throw good food in the bin - so when the higgidy cooks get a bit too excited and make too many pies or quiches we like to share out the extra's with our friends.
Recently we've discovered a great Community Food Network called 'FareShare' that support vulnerable people like the homeless & elderly in our local area. They have a really great philosophy (supporting 29,000 people across the UK every day) and are always on hand for a fresh higgidy delivery. We love the fact that we are not wasting food, and we love the fact that some new (and very deserving people) are having a taste of higgidy.

Now nearly in my nineties I’m tired of cooking for myself (and my feet hurt). I’ve discovered Higgity Moroccan pie which reminds me of a wonderful holiday in Morocco at 81. It is just the right size for me . Thank you.
