The Higgidy Festival Team chugged up to Dartford with a truckload of pies bound for the Bluewater Christmas fair late last week. They were met be lots of happy kentish people, and a great many Christmas pies were sold. Many sales came from an unexpected source, as the chilli stand opposite sent people staggering over, desperate for pies to take the taste away.
The exhibition lasted for four days, so Lecia, Tomoko, Hannah, Jess, Hayley and Debbie stayed over in a hotel together. As we have come to expect from the festival team, there were Christmas discos and more than a modicum of drunkenness. Apparently a good time was had by all. We're very glad to have Lecia back from her Christmas adventure.
