You don't have to be a dedicated cook to know that peppercorns taste best freshly ground. But just imagine how sore our arms would get if we were twisting away all day on one of those squeaky blunt pepper grinders!

Well, one of our clever cooks has solved this little dilemma with the help of our trusty coffee grinder - a quick whizz in this and we have a handful of freshly cracked pepper. Needless to say it's been retired from coffee-making responsibilities to focus on pie-making! If you've enjoyed the pink-peppercorns on top of our Skinny Mushroom & Spinach Pie then you've probably sampled some of its produce - hurray for the humble coffee grinder!
