We wouldn't want a little bit of snow to come between you and the comfort of a hot pie. So we pulled out all the stops to keep the kitchen running last week even when Sussex was engulfed by arctic snow-fall.
A few of the cooks couldn't get to work, so out went the higgidy rescue vehicle! It was a rare opportunity to put the 4 wheel drive on our higgidy landrover to the test. Rowan felt particularly proud to be able to help out a few hapless motorists along the way. So the next time the weather turns extreme in Sussex look out for Rowan and the higgidy rescue team!
