As you may have noticed it's beginning to get quite cold outside. The leaves are dropping off the trees, making orangey heaps here and there, and the little Shoreham seagulls have taken to standing clumped close together, all facing into the wind.
At Higgidy too, we've been doing all we can to keep warm. Debbie has turned up the radiators, and we've all put our snuggliest jumpers on. To cheer everyone up, we decided to bring back a warming winter favourite from last year: our Broccoli and Stilton Quiche. Look out for it in big and small versions in all our usual places, but do be sure to wrap up warm...
