The charming staff at the London based charity Tearfund are a hard-working bunch as they focus on their mission to help eradicate global poverty. So we thought they deserved the treat of a special higgidy lunch.
To be honest, it was also just a good excuse for us to get out of the kitchen and have some fun. But we hadn't realised just how soft-hearted these lovely people were until we put the pies before them. Jay (pictured here) was eventually moved to tears by his emotional first encounter with higgidy pies! The love was truly shared all-round and we eventually waved goodbye to our compassionate pie tasters with a warm feeling in our hearts and a few good ideas!
